The studio is owned by Jeanne Isabelle Cornière
(born in Paris in 1974) who holds a degree in modern and contemporary
Art History. Isabelle is of Italo-French origins, which explains her language skills. She has benefited of a parallel education in Art techniques and Art History. Originally she studied painting at the private Art Academy in Paris. At the same time she also completed an MA in Art History at the Sorbonne. |
She continued her studies with courses of drawing and sculpture at the Ecole des Beaux-arts of Paris and in other french and italian studios (creta modelling and stone sculpture). |

During 3 years, she has teached art techniques to adults and students at the French Institute of Florence. There, she has also created and directed art laboratories for schools based on renaissance techniques. Actually, she is Art teacher at the French school of Florence. In 2006, she exhibited acquarels of flowers, at the "Galleria La Costarella" in S. Gimignano and at the "Art Gallery" in Montaione, and at Libreria Galleria "Babele" in Florence, where she still sells her works. She also does copies of antique masters paintings for private collections. |
